Effective August 1, 2025, Medzino will no longer be offering pharmacy services. This means we will no longer be able to process or fulfill prescription medications through our platform. We understand that this may impact your current or future prescription needs, and we are committed to supporting you during this transition. If you have an active prescription, we recommend the following next steps: Refill any current medications before August 1st, if possible.

Transfer your prescriptions to a local pharmacy of your choice. Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team if you need assistance with this process. Consult with your provider to discuss any ongoing treatment plans or alternative options.
